I’m a digital product specialist working across strategy, discovery, design, and AI-enabled product delivery.

I help teams make sense of complex product spaces, define what should be built, and turn early ideas into usable, testable, implementation-ready products. Much of my work has been in environments where clarity matters: SaaS, healthcare, government, compliance, accessibility, and regulated workflows.

My background spans product ownership, enterprise UX, service design, workflow design, MVP development and User Acceptance Testing. I have worked on platforms used by millions of customers, redesigned core operational systems, supported revenue-generating product lines, and used AI-assisted workflows to reduce delivery time and cost.

Design is part of how I work, but the value is broader than screens. I help teams shape the product, clarify the logic, reduce delivery risk, and move from “we need something” to “we know what to build next.”

Accessibility is built into my delivery process, not treated as a final compliance check. I work with WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline design, especially for products that need to scale across diverse users, teams, and operational constraints.

More recently, I’ve been working in AI-native delivery models, using AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, workflow mapping, front-end builds, documentation, and product validation without losing product judgement.
